The World Press Photo Contest, held annually, honors the most compelling photojournalism and documentary photography of the past year. Entry is free, with rewards including up to €6,000 and participation in a worldwide traveling exhibition.

The 2025 contest welcomes entries between 1 December 2024 and 10 January 2025. We look forward to celebrating the diverse stories and talent of photographers worldwide.
