  • No additional fees for selected photographers. Your submission fee supports Women Street Photographers’ mission worldwide.

  • No refunds are available.

Guest Judge: Samantha Johnston

Samantha Johnston is the Executive Director & Curator of the Colorado Photographic Arts Center (CPAC), a nonprofit dedicated to fostering the appreciation of photography. With a background in photography education and curation, Samantha has organized exhibitions featuring contemporary artists like Jess T. Dugan and Zora Murff. She has served as a reviewer and juror for numerous photography events, including Critical Mass and PhotoLucida.


Curator: Gulnara Lyabib Samoilova

Gulnara is a Tatar-born American photographer, author, and the founder of Women Street Photographers. With 40+ years of experience in documentary and street photography, she has transformed @WomenStreetPhotographers into a global platform, including exhibitions, a residency program, and a photography book. Gulnara’s work has been recognized globally, with awards like the World Press Photo prize and a Pulitzer Prize nomination.


About Women Street PhotographersFounded in 2017 by Gulnara Lyabib Samoilova, Women Street Photographers is a global community that promotes women street photographers of all backgrounds. The platform seeks to expand traditional notions of street photography and provide opportunities for both amateurs and professionals to share their work through Instagram, traveling exhibitions, residencies, and more.
