Created to nurture emerging talent and champion the power of visual storytelling, the Emerging Photographer Grant awards $10,000 to photographers at the beginning of their professional journeys. The grant provides recipients with the resources and freedom to develop impactful, socially relevant narratives that might otherwise remain untold. At its core, the program is committed to elevating voices from underserved and diverse communities, recognizing that meaningful stories often emerge from perspectives that have historically been overlooked. By reducing financial barriers and increasing access to professional opportunities, the grant empowers photographers to explore critical issues, document unique experiences, and share compelling visual stories with wider audiences. Through this support, the program contributes to a more inclusive and representative future for photography and visual media.
