Every year, the Homiens Art Prize awards more than $12,000 USD to artists worldwide, establishing itself as one of the most inclusive and career-shaping opportunities in the art world. Unlike many prizes that restrict entry, Homiens is open to all art forms and all artists, regardless of background or discipline. This openness creates a space where innovation and individuality are celebrated, and where artists from every corner of the globe can stand side by side.

Winning the Homiens Art Prize means more than receiving an award. It means being seen. Selected artists are featured prominently across Homiens’ media channels and their work is exhibited online in a format that welcomes thousands of viewers—including artists, collectors, and cultural professionals—ensuring that their vision resonates with a global audience. For many, this exposure provides a crucial stepping stone to future opportunities.

One such artist is Maayan Sophia Weisstub, winner of the Fall 2024 edition of the prize. Reflecting on her experience, she shared:“Thank you and the judges so much—it truly means a lot to me. I am incredibly grateful to have been chosen as a winner of the Homiens Art Prize.”

She has gone on to be selected for Next at Christie’s in London, shortlisted for the Robert Walters Group UK New Artist of the Year Award at Saatchi Gallery, and shortlisted for the John Ruskin Art Prize at Trinity Buoy Wharf.
