The Homiens Art Prize - Call for Art & Photography

The Homiens Art Prize is a prestigious international award that grants over $12,000 USD to visual artists every year, making it one of the most generously funded prizes offered by an independent art gallery. What sets the Homiens Art Prize apart is our unwavering commitment to artistic integrity—unlike many other programs, we accept no corporate sponsorship, ensuring that the selection process remains free from commercial influence and entirely focused on artistic merit.

This opportunity is open to artists of all backgrounds, working in any medium or form, from anywhere in the world. Our mission is to champion exceptional talent, and we proudly feature selected artists across all of our media platforms. Their work is showcased in our online exhibitions, which are seen by thousands of collectors, curators, and art lovers from across the globe.

In this current round, three outstanding artists will be selected as prize winners, while twelve finalists will also earn the opportunity to exhibit as part of Homiens’ celebrated seasonal exhibition program. Each of the three winning artists will receive an unrestricted cash award of $1,000 USD. Additionally, they may choose to participate in a feature interview to further promote their work, and they have the option of requesting a letter of recommendation from our Jurors to support their future artistic endeavors.

Beyond our winners and finalists, up to 200 artists in each round will receive honorable mentions and will be highlighted across our platforms, including our website—which draws over 100,000 visitors annually—and our widely read mailing list. Every single entrant to the Homiens Art Prize receives an official certificate of participation, which can serve as valuable documentation of professional engagement within the art world. Moreover, all entrants are considered for exhibition opportunities, making this a truly inclusive and far-reaching initiative.
