The Homiens Art Prize stands among the leading independent art awards globally, distributing over $12,000 USD annually to support and elevate contemporary artists. Unlike many high-profile competitions, the Homiens Art Prize is uniquely committed to its independence: we accept no sponsorships, allowing us to maintain complete curatorial autonomy and protect the authenticity of our selection process.

Our open call welcomes submissions from artists working in any medium or style, across all regions of the world. As part of our mission to elevate diverse artistic voices, we promote selected artists through a broad spectrum of channels, including digital exhibitions, social media, newsletters, and our widely visited website. These efforts ensure that participating artists receive meaningful visibility among collectors, curators, institutions, and peers.

This season, three artists will be named winners of the Homiens Art Prize and awarded an unrestricted $1,000 USD cash prize. These artists will also be invited to participate in an in-depth artist interview, and may request a formal letter of recommendation from our panel of Jurors. Alongside them, twelve additional finalists will be selected for inclusion in our seasonal exhibition program, receiving valuable exposure.

Additionally, up to 200 artists will be granted special commendation and highlighted across our platforms, including our website, which draws over 100,000 visitors annually. All entrants will receive a digital certificate of participation, which can be included in CVs and portfolios as professional documentation of artistic practice. Every submission is considered for future exhibition opportunities, ensuring broad access and meaningful opportunities for all who apply.
