The Assembled Image is an exploration of photography as a creative canvas—a space where reality is no longer fixed but open to reinvention and reinterpretation. The Assembled Image is an international open call open to photographers aged 18 and above. This initiative invites a wide range of image-makers to submit their work, encouraging the exploration of both traditional and unconventional techniques. Artists are free to work with any two-dimensional image-making process, whether analog or digital, conventional or experimental. The Assembled Image encourages boundary-pushing works that redefine photographic art, showcasing inventive approaches that merge imagination with visual expression.
