Monochromatic is a curated exhibition aimed at spotlighting the powerful relationship between color and photography. While monochrome is often perceived as simply black and white or shades of gray, it actually refers to the spectrum of tones, tints, and shades found within a single hue. This artistic exploration invites participants to reimagine what monochromatic imagery can be, drawing on techniques ranging from early photographic methods like cyanotype and tintype to infrared and sepia, as well as traditional black-and-white formats and cutting-edge digital editing tools. Monochromatic seeks submissions from photographers around the globe, aged 18 and older. The call is open to all two-dimensional photographic works, including both traditional and innovative practices.
