Are dreams and nightmares the unseen engines driving our creative energies, the forces that spark and sustain artistic inspiration? A vast number of artists believe so. Dreams serve as a sanctuary for many, offering an intoxicating flow of creativity where possibilities expand infinitely. This dream state becomes a space where the mind roams freely, conjuring visions of the sublime and unearthly, pushing the boundaries of what is conceivable. On the other hand, nightmares challenge others to confront their darkest fears and conflicts. In these grim and turbulent realms, emotions run raw, and insecurities loom large. Yet, from this turmoil emerges art of profound depth—an unflinching expression of inner chaos and a search for release. This artistic process transforms struggle into beauty, finding catharsis in the storm’s eye. “I know the feeling—I am still there.” This exhibition seeks to explore how the subconscious, through both dreams and nightmares, shapes the heart of artistic expression, creating a space for reflection and revelation.
