What truly sets the Australian Photographic Prize apart is its rich variety of categories, allowing photographers to explore and showcase their unique perspectives across different styles and subjects. Participants also receive valuable, high-quality online feedback, offering constructive insights to help refine their craft. One of the most engaging aspects of the competition is the livestream judging of the top 30 images in each category. During these sessions, a panel of highly respected photographic experts openly scores and discusses each image, giving entrants a rare, behind-the-scenes look into professional evaluation and critique.
