At Decode Gallery, we are pleased to announce that 12 exceptional images will be handpicked by our juror for inclusion in our upcoming exhibition. For those whose work is selected, we provide a professional printing service at no charge. Our printing process uses an advanced Epson printer combined with premium Ilford Pearl paper to achieve crisp detail, rich colors, and a professional finish.

Each chosen image will be printed once for the exhibition. Following the event, this print will be safely stored in a flat file for six months in case it is needed. The gallery proudly uses 14" x 14" museum-grade frames to ensure all works are displayed with elegance and precision. Each frame is fitted with a mat that has a 7" x 7" cut window, creating a striking presentation for each photograph.

Should a photographer decide to list their exhibition print for sale and an interested buyer makes an inquiry, the photographer will be informed immediately. Please note that all rights to both the digital file and the printed photograph remain entirely with the photographer. Decode Gallery applies a 50/50 sales commission structure, meaning the photographer receives half of the proceeds from any sale.

Notification emails regarding exhibition acceptance will be sent within two weeks following the submission deadline. We are excited to celebrate the talented photographers selected for this event during our gallery opening, scheduled for May 3rd.
