Images of Peace is a global photography initiative inviting participants from all backgrounds to reflect on one simple yet powerful question: What does peace mean to you?
Through the submission of a single photograph and a short written reflection, participants are encouraged to share their personal perspective and become part of an international visual conversation. Peace can be represented in many ways—in relationships, communities, nature, memory, everyday life or moments of quiet resilience and hope. There is no single definition and no single way to experience it.
This open call welcomes diverse interpretations and photographic approaches, creating an opportunity for individual stories to contribute to a broader dialogue about humanity, connection and our shared world. The selected photographs will be brought together in a collective exhibition in Warsaw, celebrating the richness and diversity of perspectives from different places and cultures.
Images of Peace seeks to show that even when our experiences are different, photography can create moments of recognition and understanding. By bringing together personal visions from around the world, the exhibition will offer a powerful reminder that peace can be both deeply individual and profoundly universal.
