Participants are welcome to submit up to nine photographs or photo projects in total, regardless of the categories they choose to enter. A submission can be a single image or a series, with each series containing no more than 20 photos. While every effort will be made to present submitted works in a meaningful way, the curators may choose to display only part of a series at the group exhibition if space, layout, or technical conditions make it necessary.
Collaborative works created by more than one author will be counted as one shared submission. At the same time, each contributor is still free to submit up to nine additional works on an individual basis. By taking part in the submission process, participants grant the organizer permission to showcase and reproduce their work for festival promotion and communication, both online and in print, with no expectation of payment or royalties.
