The maximum number of submissions permitted per author is nine (9), irrespective of the category or categories in which the works are entered. Submissions may take the form of either an individual photographic work or a photographic series. Each submission may include up to twenty (20) photographs. The curatorial team retains full discretion to limit the number of images exhibited from any submitted series should spatial, technical, or exhibition-related considerations require such limitations.

In cases where a work is jointly authored, the submission will be treated as a single group entry. Notwithstanding this, each individual author involved in a group submission may also submit up to nine (9) works independently. Submission of works constitutes explicit consent for the organizer to use the submitted material for promotional, exhibition, and communication purposes related to the festival, including printing and public display, without entitlement to remuneration.
