Each participant may submit a maximum of nine (9) entries in total, regardless of the category or categories under which the works are submitted. An entry may consist of either a single photograph or a series of photographs. For series submissions, each individual entry may include up to 20 images. Please note that, due to spatial, curatorial, or technical constraints, the curators reserve the right to exhibit only a selection of images from a submitted series rather than displaying the complete set at the group exhibition.

Works created and submitted by multiple authors will be considered one collective submission. However, each contributor within a group submission remains eligible to submit up to nine additional works individually. By submitting their work, all participants acknowledge and agree that the organizer is granted the right to reproduce, print, and publicly display the submitted works for festival-related promotional and communication purposes, without any financial compensation.
