The objective of the Call for the Residency of Creation and Photographic Experimentation is to select eight artists with expertise in analog photography or processes to share a workspace for a week from June 4, 2023 to June 11, 2023. The residency will be conducted with the intention of fostering cultural and artistic exchange among the participants and creating a larger-than-life collective project.
Participants will be able to work with the various techniques, methods, and processes that they have selected while also sharing their knowledge, concepts, and procedures in the working environment. An exhibit that can be seen at the Revela't festival in 2024 will be the result of this meeting.
Because the residency takes place during the festival's main weekend, participants can attend the activities and enjoy the festival on their own.
The cal is open to amateur and professional photographers of any nationality, origin, or place of residence who are over the age of 18 or have permission from their legal tutor. those who specialize in chemical photography and are able to participate in this exchange both alone and in teams.
The author has all year to complete the project, but it must be developed during the festival. The participants will be chosen based on their professional trajectory, interest in the work, compatibility with Revela't resources, and the technique or techniques used and their potential contribution to the artistic exchange.
The organization and the two coordinators will make the final selection of participants. The group's mastery of particular photographic techniques that can benefit the group as a whole will be evaluated.
