This is your opportunity to demonstrate how you shape, control, and interpret light in your own distinctive way. There are no predefined themes to follow, no conceptual boundaries to stay within, and no stylistic constraints to limit your approach. The only essential element is this: we want to see what you can create using your Profoto light.

However you choose to work—through delicate gradations of shadow, bold and dramatic contrast, crisp highlights, or soft, natural transitions—place your attention on the character of the light itself. Consider its direction, its texture, its intensity, and the precision with which you control it. Let your technical decisions become part of the visual language.

You may choose restraint or spectacle, minimalism or impact. Keep the composition stripped back, or push it toward something commanding and bold. Whatever direction you take, allow the light to lead. Trust it as your primary tool, and let it define the image.
