Our mission is to broaden our perspective—and that of our audiences—by showcasing a rich, multifaceted, and diverse collection of stories that reflect the global LGBTQIA+ community in all its complexity. The Pride Photo 2026 Contest welcomes photographers of every age, background, and level of experience, offering a platform for established professionals as well as emerging creatives who are ready to share their vision with the world.

We encourage submissions in an expansive range of photographic practices, from documentary work and portraiture to collage, experimental interventions, and even AI-assisted image-making. Each approach offers a unique way to illuminate the many-layered realities, challenges, and celebrations of LGBTQIA+ lives around the globe.
