The Paris International Street Photo Awards (PISPA) 2026 invites street photographers from across the globe to capture and share the unscripted stories of urban life. Dedicated to the art of observing and documenting the world as it unfolds, the competition celebrates photographs that reveal authentic human moments, unexpected encounters, distinctive characters, and the ever-changing atmosphere of the streets.
Photographers can participate with either a single image or a photographic series, giving them the freedom to present one powerful moment or develop a broader visual narrative. PISPA is particularly interested in work that feels genuine and spontaneous — images that transform everyday scenes into compelling stories and offer viewers a fresh perspective on life in cities around the world.
Beyond the competition itself, PISPA offers selected photographers valuable opportunities to gain international visibility. Winners and finalists can benefit from recognition, publication opportunities, and exhibitions, including a major presentation at the MX Street Photo Fest in Mexico. For photographers looking to share their vision with an international audience and strengthen their presence within the street photography community, PISPA 2026 provides a dynamic platform for discovery and exposure.
