New York Times Portfolio Review 2024

Each year, PICTO LAB hosts a residency program, granting one artist a three-month creative journey (from May to July) in Paris. The program offers access to PICTO’s advanced laboratories and production workshops, enabling artists to dive into experimentation and creation. Led by the Picto Foundation, the residency benefits from partnerships with a ppr oc he fair, rentingART, Fujifilm, and Nielsen, all of whom help support and promote the artist’s work. The aim of PICTO LAB is to inspire innovation by allowing photographers to test new techniques, explore unconventional approaches, and expand the boundaries of image-making and presentation. Through collaboration with PICTO’s expert artisans, residents gain hands-on experience with diverse techniques. Beyond creation, PICTO LAB creates opportunities for networking with industry professionals, fostering relationships that can shape the artist’s future work and projects.
