PICTO LAB is an annual residency program offering one artist the chance to engage in three months of experimentation and creation (May to July) in Paris. This program provides access to PICTO’s extensive network of laboratories and production workshops. Organized by the Picto Foundation, PICTO LAB collaborates with partners such as a ppr oc he fair, rentingART, Fujifilm, and Nielsen to support and showcase the artist’s work. The program encourages photographers to innovate by testing techniques, experimenting with unique configurations, and redefining the possibilities of image-making and presentation. Working closely with PICTO’s experienced artisans, the selected artist is invited to explore diverse methods through hands-on practice. Additionally, PICTO LAB fosters connections with industry professionals, providing valuable opportunities for collaboration and growth.
