From untamed wilderness to carefully tended gardens, plants define the world around us, offering a sense of identity and a profound connection to nature. Whether portrayed in a garden, a landscape, or a studio setting, we seek photographs that capture the soul and essence of plants, as well as the bond we share with them. All photography styles and techniques are welcome.

We are delighted to announce Wendi Schneider as the juror for Botanical. She will curate up to 35 images for display in our Middlebury, Vermont gallery and 40 additional works for our Online Gallery. All selected images—75 in total—will be featured in the exhibition catalog, permanently showcased on our website, and shared on social media with links to the photographers' profiles.
