photoED Magazine is currently accepting submissions for publication in both print and online platforms. We’re looking for thoughtfully developed photography projects—bodies of work that are conceptually strong, visually cohesive, and crafted with intention. This is not a call for stock photography or casual snapshots, but an invitation to submit original fine art photography that demonstrates artistic depth and creative vision.

Our current theme is MOVEMENT. We encourage diverse and innovative interpretations of this concept. This could mean documenting a social or political movement, capturing the rhythm of physical motion, or exploring metaphorical momentum—the passage of time, emotional change, migration, transformation, or evolution. We are interested in how photographers see, experience, and interpret “movement” in its many possible forms.

All submissions are reviewed blindly by our dedicated Volunteer Curatorial Editorial Board. In evaluating entries, the jury will consider not only the technical execution but also the originality and relevance of each photographer’s response to the theme. What makes your vision of “MOVEMENT” stand out? How does your work express that idea in a way that’s new, compelling, or unexpected?
