We invite photographers, audio producers, and short filmmakers from all backgrounds to submit work that explores personal experiences of mental illness. Your project may be based on your own experiences or on those of a family member, friend, or someone whose story has had a meaningful impact on your life. Professional experience is not required, and you do not need any formal qualifications to enter. What matters most is the honesty and authenticity of your storytelling. We welcome submissions from both emerging and established creatives, because every unique perspective has the potential to foster empathy, challenge misconceptions, and make a difference.
