Out From The Mist is all about giving voice to the real and complex experiences tied to mental health. It's a chance to show the full range—from the struggles and doubts people face to the powerful moments of care, strength, and overcoming the odds.

This competition is open to anyone with a story to tell, whether through photos, music, video, dance, or any other creative medium. It welcomes both those who live with mental illness and those who support them—family members, friends, professionals, or community members.
