In the fog of silence that often surrounds mental health, Out From The Mist emerges as a space where truth finds its voice. This initiative celebrates the entire journey of the mental health experience—from the shadows of pain and struggle to the light of empathy, courage, and personal transformation.

Through image, sound, and movement, participants are invited to share authentic stories—of those living with mental illness, and of those who offer care, love, and support. These expressions can be raw or refined, quiet or loud, heartbreaking or heartwarming.

Each creation becomes a thread in a larger tapestry—one woven with vulnerability, strength, and hope. As artists and storytellers bring their inner worlds into view, they not only deepen understanding but also remind us that even in hardship, beauty, connection, and resilience can rise.
