It aims to capture the full emotional and psychological spectrum—from the depths of pain, struggle, and uncertainty to the inspiring heights of compassion, resilience, and personal victory.

This unique competition invites individuals to share their stories through powerful mediums such as photography, film, music, dance, and other forms of artistic expression. It welcomes the voices of those who live with mental illness, as well as those who walk alongside them as caregivers, allies, and supporters.
