This competition is open to anyone with a story to tell through photography, audio, or short film. We welcome photographers, audio creators, and filmmakers who explore the realities of mental illness, whether through their own personal experiences or those of someone close to them. You do not need to be a professional creative or hold any formal qualifications to take part. We are looking for authentic, thoughtful, and meaningful work from people of all levels of experience. Every voice is important, every perspective is valued, and every story has the potential to create greater awareness, understanding, and connection.
