The Milano Photo Awards distinguish themselves from many other photography competitions thanks to a guiding principle that lies at the heart of the initiative: recognition is not reserved solely for the winners. While the final prizes celebrate excellence, the event is designed to acknowledge and give visibility to every photographer who chooses to take part.
All registered authors will have the opportunity to see their photographs included in the official digital exhibition. Throughout the entire duration of the event, the selected images will be projected in a continuous loop on large-format LED walls and interactive digital totems, allowing visitors to explore a wide variety of photographic perspectives and creative approaches. In addition to being featured in the exhibition, all participants will also compete for the competition’s main awards: the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes.
To better reflect the diversity of the photographic world, the Milano Photo Awards are structured into three distinct competitions. Each one has been designed to welcome photographers with different artistic approaches, levels of experience, and professional goals. Participants are invited to choose the single option that best aligns with their personal journey and with the type of work they wish to present.
