Exploring the powerful intersection of food and photography with a keen focus on the urgent issue of food waste, the IRINOX SAVE THE FOOD award, curated by the esteemed Claudio Composti, proudly marks its fourth edition. Open to artists across all ages and nationalities, this competition calls for photographic projects that interpret the concept of food in its many dimensions, fostering a deeper understanding of its role in society and the environmental challenges it poses.

The award is supported by Irinox S.p.A. – Società Benefit, a pioneering force in the development of cutting-edge preservation systems, including rapid temperature chillers for both professional kitchens and households, as well as precision-engineered stainless steel electrical panels. By championing this award, Irinox underscores its mission to support sustainability through innovative technology and creative expression.

As part of this initiative, up to 15 exceptional artists will be selected as finalists, gaining the privilege of showcasing their work at the 14th edition of the MIA Photo Fair BNP Paribas. This premier event will take place from March 20-23, 2025, at Superstudio Più, located on Via Tortona 27 in Milan, an epicenter of creativity and culture. The exhibition offers not only recognition but also the chance for one standout piece to be acquired by the IRINOX corporate collection via the IRINOX PURCHASE AWARD. This honor, carrying a value of €5,000 gross, exemplifies Irinox’s commitment to supporting innovative art that aligns with their values.
