The MIA Photo Fair, together with BNP Paribas, proudly presents the fifth edition of the IRINOX SAVE THE FOOD Award. This initiative continues in partnership with Irinox S.p.A. – Società Benefit, a renowned company at the forefront of manufacturing high-performance blast chillers and innovative food-preservation solutions. Irinox has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to environmental responsibility, championing practices that reduce food waste and promote sustainability on a global scale.

The Award was conceived to honor photographers and artists who use imagery—whether through traditional photography, video art, or more experimental visual languages—to explore the profound role of food in society. Food is understood here not simply as nourishment, but as a powerful symbol that embodies cultural identity, social dynamics, shared traditions, and personal histories.

This competition welcomes artists of every age and nationality, emphasizing inclusion and the diversity of perspectives.
