photoED Magazine is dedicated to presenting diverse photographic narratives that challenge viewers to see the medium in new ways. Through carefully curated issues, the publication offers a platform for photographers whose work expands visual storytelling and explores contemporary ideas through innovative lens-based practices.
Issue #76 will be devoted to the theme Home VS Away, featuring photographers who investigate this dual concept through distinctive photographic methods. The selected projects will highlight how artists use visual language, technique, and perspective to reflect on questions of identity, place, connection, and distance.
As part of its 2026 editorial direction, the magazine aims to explore fresh trajectories in photography by focusing on contrasting themes interpreted through individual artistic lenses. This open call invites submissions of fine art photography projects that address notions of home, experiences of being away, or the complex interplay between the two.
