This category welcomes all forms of photography—from the sweeping grandeur of aerial shots to the raw immediacy of photojournalism and the thought-provoking depths of abstract compositions.

This year, we introduce the ‘Drone (Video)’ category, celebrating the artistry made possible by cutting-edge technology. Drones have unlocked new perspectives, offering creators unprecedented control over their vision and inspiring fresh storytelling possibilities.

Sports, with its intensity, emotion, and movement, has long been a favorite subject for photographers. In response to growing enthusiasm, we are excited to make ‘Sports Photography’ a permanent category, recognizing those who capture the very soul of athletic competition.

Now in its ninth season, the ‘Portfolio’ category continues to showcase the profound power of visual storytelling. A series of images, when woven together with intention and artistry, can move hearts and minds in ways a single frame never could.

And finally, for those who wish to break free from convention, the ‘General’ category (Colour and Black & White) offers a vast, open canvas—an invitation to explore, create, and redefine what photography can be.
