This year, we’re calling on photographers worldwide to explore the essence of power through their unique artistic, technical, or human lens. From aerial photography to photojournalism and even abstract art, this category embraces every perspective that brings power to life visually.

We’re also introducing a brand-new category: ‘Drone (Video).’ Drones have revolutionized photography, giving creators unmatched artistic control and unlocking fresh, innovative ways to tell stories. This category celebrates the impact of this evolving technology.

Exciting news for sports enthusiasts—‘Sports Photography’ is now a permanent part of the competition! This category honors photographers who capture the adrenaline, intensity, and raw emotion of sports in ways that make viewers feel the action.

For the ninth consecutive year, the ‘Portfolio’ category continues to showcase outstanding visual storytelling. A well-crafted series of images can communicate themes and emotions far beyond what a single photograph can achieve, creating a deeper connection with the audience.

And, of course, our ‘General’ category (Colour and Black & White) remains an open space for creativity without limits. Whether experimental or classic, this category is all about pushing artistic boundaries and exploring new ways of seeing the world.
