Submissions are now open for Hasselblad Masters, the globally acclaimed professional photography competition that continues to set the benchmark for creative excellence in the industry.

Completely free to enter, the competition invites professional photographers to share their most innovative, expressive, and exceptional work. Images captured using any camera are eligible, and entries can be submitted from now until 28 February 2026.

Since its launch in 2001, Hasselblad Masters has become one of the most respected names in professional photography competitions. Known for spotlighting creative vision and technical mastery, it offers photographers from around the world the opportunity to present their work on an international stage alongside peers and rising talents.

The 2026 competition features seven carefully curated categories — Landscape, Portrait, Street, Architecture, Art, Project // 21, and Wildlife — designed to reflect both traditional and contemporary approaches to photographic practice.

Participants may submit up to three images per category and are free to enter multiple categories, allowing photographers to fully express their artistic range and storytelling capabilities.

Entries will be judged on a range of criteria, including photographic ability, originality, composition, conceptual depth, and technical precision. Following the announcement of the finalists, public voting will open in parallel with deliberations by the Hasselblad Grand Jury.

Final winners will be selected by the Grand Jury, earning international recognition through one of photography’s most prestigious awards.
