There are no thematic guidelines or age limitations for participation, allowing complete creative freedom for applicants. A professional jury will carefully review all submissions and ultimately select three artists. The chosen projects will be featured in a curated exhibition overseen by Simone Azzoni and Francesca Marra, ensuring a high-quality presentation within the festival context.

What selected artists will receive:

  • Inclusion in an exhibition as part of Grenze – Arsenali Fotografici 2026

  • Accommodation for two nights during the festival’s main opening weekend (shared rooms, with two artists per room)

  • Meals provided by the festival throughout the stay

  • Reimbursement of travel expenses up to €300 (valid documentation required)

  • Financial support for production, including printing and exhibition setup, with a budget of up to €1000 provided by the festival
