Explore the timeless beauty of monochrome photography in this open competition dedicated to black-and-white images. Photographers are invited to submit their most compelling work, experimenting with the interplay of light and darkness, the intensity of contrasts, and the textures that give black-and-white photographs their distinctive character. From powerful human portraits and evocative landscapes to candid street scenes, architectural details, and abstract interpretations, all photographic genres are welcome, provided they embrace the black-and-white theme.

This competition celebrates the ability of monochrome images to communicate emotions, reveal hidden details, and transform ordinary subjects into memorable visual experiences. Participants are encouraged to present photographs that reflect their individual perspectives, creative approaches, and technical skills.

A total of €500 in cash prizes, offered by Fotocontest.it, will be awarded to the selected photographs. The photographer of the first-place image will receive €300, while four finalists will each receive €50. Submit your best black-and-white photographs and take the opportunity to have your work recognized through this competition.
