This edition proposes a shift in temporal perspective. Instead of concentrating on the decisive event or the immediacy of representation, it examines what follows—what remains once an occurrence has concluded and its effects begin to sediment into reality. After transformation has taken place, after urgency has dissipated, after the gaze has redirected itself elsewhere, what forms of visibility are still possible? The festival invites submissions that foreground duration, continuity, and the long-term implications of action. We are particularly interested in projects that engage with enduring conditions: histories that have not been resolved, territories altered by political, ecological, or social forces, and subjectivities shaped by ongoing structures of power and control. At the same time, we seek work attentive to resilience and care as counterforces—practices that sustain life within and against these conditions.
