Supported by SCOPE Miami Beach, Picter, and Form Magazine, the Form Photo Award / SCOPE MIAMI was created to champion bold contemporary photography and provide a global platform for emerging artists working at the forefront of visual culture. This annual award celebrates photographers whose projects offer fresh perspectives, innovative aesthetics, and compelling narratives that resonate across cultural and geographic boundaries.
At its core, the award is dedicated to fostering artistic dialogue and creating opportunities for photographers to connect with an international creative community. We welcome work that reflects curiosity, experimentation, critical engagement, and a strong personal vision — projects capable of sparking conversation and encouraging new ways of seeing the world. Through this initiative, we aim to cultivate a space where contemporary photography becomes a tool for intellectual exchange, cultural solidarity, and creative discovery.
The previous edition of the award offered winners not only financial support through a cash prize, but also the opportunity to present their work at SCOPE Miami Beach during Miami Art Week, placing their projects before one of the most influential contemporary art audiences in the world. For the 2025 edition, winning artists will receive free participation in SCOPE Miami Beach 2026, opening the door to unparalleled international exposure.
Every year, more than 500,000 visitors—including collectors, curators, gallery directors, critics, publishers, and photography professionals—attend Miami Art Week, making SCOPE one of the most important meeting points in the contemporary art calendar. Participating artists gain the chance to engage directly with leading voices in the industry, establish meaningful professional connections, and introduce their work to an expansive global audience.
Beyond the exhibition itself, selected winning projects will also be published in Form Magazine, providing additional editorial visibility and long-term professional exposure.
