With the support of photo basel, Picter, and Form., we are excited to introduce the Form Photo Award 2026, an annual photography prize dedicated to contemporary image-making and new artistic perspectives. The award is designed to spotlight photographers who bring fresh ideas, strong visual identities, and thoughtful approaches to the medium.

Each year, the Form Photo Award focuses on discovering emerging voices, innovative aesthetics, and projects that explore meaningful and challenging themes. It serves as a platform for photographers whose work sparks conversation and reflects the social, cultural, and emotional realities of today.

Beyond the competition itself, the award aims to build bridges across borders by encouraging global dialogue, intellectual exchange, and cross-cultural solidarity within the art community. In recent editions, winners received a cash prize and the opportunity to exhibit their projects in Paris and at Miami Scope, in collaboration with Form Gallery.

For 2026, the award expands its commitment to artist support: selected winners will receive free participation in the photo basel Fair 2026, taking place during Art Basel, offering unparalleled exposure and a chance to connect with the international photography and art scene.
