Calling all photographers! The Florida Museum of Photographic Arts, in partnership with Visit Tampa Bay, is hosting a global photography competition. Esteemed art and photography professionals will serve as jurors, selecting winners to be announced by June 2. The most outstanding entries will be showcased at the museum from July 10 to August 8, 2025. Judging criteria include originality, composition, technical quality, artistic merit, and overall impact. Three winners will be awarded per category, and one exceptional image will be crowned Best in Competition, earning a prestigious cash prize. Winning photographs will be printed and featured in an exhibition at FMoPA in Ybor City, Tampa.

FMoPA is a cultural hub dedicated to preserving and celebrating photographic art. With a collection of historic and contemporary works, the museum enriches the community through exhibitions, educational programs, and outreach initiatives, fostering an appreciation for photography across all ages.
