Are you under 30 and ready to show the world how you see it? Then FOTOGRAFICA NEXT is calling your name. Hosted by FOTOGRAFICA, the Bergamo Photography Festival, this brand-new Open Call is all about giving young image-makers a place to shine—whether you shoot with a camera or craft visuals using AI.

This year’s theme, “As Brave As We Can,” is all about courage. But not just the loud kind. We’re talking about everyday bravery—the decision to speak up, to follow your gut, to try something new even if you’re not sure how it’ll turn out. It’s the quiet strength it takes to be yourself in a world full of expectations, scrolling feeds, and uncertainty. It's the grit behind your dreams, and the questions you ask when the future feels wide open.

Two categories are open for entry:📸 Photography – traditional, analog, or digital🤖 AI Photography – projects created entirely or in part with generative AI

We’re looking for fresh perspectives, experimental ideas, and stories that move people. Whether your work is poetic, bold, raw, or weird—we want to see it.
