Across its six previous iterations, the Our World is Kind Photography Contest has received an impressive 12,000+ submissions from more than 2,000 photographers representing upward of 150 countries. This diverse collection of imagery has formed a global tapestry of kindness—photographs that convey themes of love, gratitude, generosity, and joy. These visual narratives have reached and inspired tens of thousands of viewers, enriching public dialogue around the value and impact of compassion.
In a time when the world continues to grapple with social, emotional, and cultural challenges, the mission to uplift one another through kindness is increasingly essential. For its seventh year, Our World is Kind is renewing its commitment to fostering connection by inviting photographers everywhere to contribute images that promote understanding, healing, and joy. Through this next wave of submissions, we aim to amplify the message that kindness is a powerful force—one capable of bridging divides and bringing people closer together.
