The theme for this exhibition is Botanical, with an emphasis on creative interpretation rather than simple visual documentation. We seek images that engage deeply with plant life as both subject and visual language, encouraging photographers to look beyond literal representation.
We are interested in work that uncovers meaning, structure, and narrative within botanical forms—finding character in the surface of a leaf, recognizing architectural qualities within seeds and stems, or revealing a sense of scale and complexity in the subtle curve of a petal. Successful submissions will demonstrate an ability to transform familiar natural elements into visually compelling and conceptually rich imagery.
All styles and photographic processes are encouraged. Artists may work across genres, from documentary and fine art to abstraction and experimental techniques, as long as the work presents a distinctive and thoughtful exploration of the botanical theme.
