Collection 2026 is Decode Gallery's annual open exhibition dedicated to discovering and presenting outstanding photographic work without thematic constraints. Free from predefined categories or conceptual frameworks, the exhibition focuses entirely on the strength of the image itself. It is a platform for photographers whose work demonstrates artistic vision, technical excellence, and the ability to engage viewers through compelling visual language.

In an era where photography continues to evolve across genres and disciplines, Collection 2026 aims to reflect the breadth of contemporary practice. The exhibition welcomes submissions ranging from traditional photographic approaches to innovative and experimental works. By removing thematic limitations, the gallery encourages photographers to submit images that best represent their artistic identity and creative ambitions.

A jury-selected group of photographers will be invited to exhibit their work at Decode Gallery, with at least twenty-six photographs chosen for display. Accepted images will be professionally printed by the gallery at no cost to participating artists. Utilizing Epson professional printing equipment and premium archival papers, the gallery ensures that each work is reproduced to the highest exhibition standards.

Presentation plays a central role in the exhibition experience. Every selected photograph is displayed in museum-quality 22-inch square white frames, accompanied by carefully chosen archival mats that complement the work's dimensions and visual balance. Digital files are prepared with attention to detail, maintaining the original composition while optimizing presentation quality within the exhibition format.

Importantly, artists retain full ownership of both their image files and exhibition prints. Decode Gallery recognizes the value of artistic authorship and ensures that all copyrights remain with the photographer. Exhibition prints may be offered for sale, and should collector interest arise, the artist will be contacted directly. Revenue generated through sales is divided equally between the gallery and the photographer, fostering a collaborative relationship that supports both artistic visibility and professional growth.
