Minimalism: The Art of Restraint and Elegance

In a world often overflowing with noise and complexity, Minimalism invites us to pause—to contemplate the power of simplicity. We are looking for photographic works that embrace clarity and precision, capturing only what is essential. Show us the quiet tension of negative space, the geometry of clean lines, and the understated grace of form stripped of excess.

Whether you create stark and contemplative landscapes, abstract studies in light and shadow, or intimate stillness in everyday life, we are seeking images that speak through intentional reduction. The goal is not to show less, but to reveal more by focusing the viewer’s gaze—pure, clear, and direct.

Decode Gallery will select 26 exceptional photographs for inclusion in a curated exhibition that celebrates the minimalist aesthetic. We professionally handle all aspects of printing at no cost to the selected artists. Using an Epson printer and Ultra Premium Luster paper, we ensure each piece meets gallery standards. Each accepted image will be printed once for the exhibition and displayed in museum-quality 22” x 22” white frames, using the most visually suitable mat size—without ever cropping your image.

After the exhibition, prints will be archived for 6 months in a flat file. During that time, if a collector expresses interest in purchasing your print and you’ve chosen to make it available for sale, you will be contacted directly. Photographers retain full rights to both their digital files and physical prints. Decode Gallery operates on a standard 50/50 commission model for any work sold.
