CENTER invites photographers and lens-based artists from across the globe to submit their work. There are no time restrictions on when the work was created, and previously submitted projects may be resubmitted, as each year brings a new panel of jurors. Applicants are allowed to submit multiple projects within the same category, as well as submit the same project across multiple categories.

All photographic processes and photo-based mixed media are accepted. However, video and multimedia files are only permitted for submissions to the Multimedia Award, Review Santa Fe, and Blue Earth Fiscal Sponsorship.

Eligibility Restrictions: Photographers represented by major international photographic agencies are ineligible to apply for the Project Development Grant and Project Launch Grant.

Grant Usage: Awarded funds can be applied toward most project-related costs. While no additional funding is provided for exhibition or travel to Santa Fe for Review Santa Fe, recipients may allocate their awarded funds toward these expenses. The full cash award is disbursed in a single payment.
