CENTER welcomes submissions from photographers and lens-based artists worldwide. Work created at any time is eligible, including resubmissions, as jurors change annually. Applicants may submit multiple projects within the same category or enter the same project in multiple categories.

All photographic processes and photo-based mixed media are accepted. Video, multimedia files, and still images are eligible only for the Multimedia Award, Review Santa Fe, and Blue Earth Fiscal Sponsorship.

Not Eligible: Photographers represented by major international agencies (applies only to the Project Development Grant and Project Launch Grant).

Grant Funds: Awarded funds may be used for most project-related expenses. No extra funding is available for exhibition or travel to Santa Fe, though recipients may allocate their funds for those purposes. The cash award is the full amount disbursed.
