Canon Hongkong Company Limited (“Canon”) presents the Club Canon “Photo of the Month” Photography Competition (“Competition”).

Competition Period:

• 1st August 2024 - 31st August 2024 (inclusive).

Participation Requirements:

• Participants must be Club Canon members.

• Only original photos that match the announced topic and do not violate any laws or contain inappropriate content will be accepted.

Submission Guidelines:

• Via Club Canon’s Website: Submit photos taken with Canon cameras and lenses in JPEG format (max 15MB). You can upload up to 50 photos per month.

• Via Instagram: Post photos (Canon gear not required) using a public account, tag @canonhongkong, and use the designated hashtags. Photos must remain published for one month after the competition ends.

Disqualification:

• Canon reserves the right to disqualify any participant for breaching these Terms and Conditions or failing to meet submission requirements.

Result Announcement:

• Winners will be announced on the Club Canon website within a month after the competition ends. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

Data Use:

• Personal data provided will be used for prize redemption and competition-related communication in accordance with Canon’s privacy policy.

Legal Disclaimer:

• Canon is not liable for any loss or damage related to the Competition. In case of disputes, Canon's decision is final.

Jurisdiction:

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes will be resolved in Hong Kong courts.

Note:

• The English version of these Terms and Conditions prevails in case of any inconsistency with the Chinese translation.
