Images submitted to the Photo Club competition will be carefully reviewed and evaluated for possible inclusion in an upcoming issue of the magazine. All submissions are assessed in line with the magazine’s established editorial standards and selection criteria, ensuring consistency, quality, and relevance across published content. Submission to the competition does not guarantee publication; however, selected works may be featured at the discretion of the editorial team.

Please note that the submission process for the Photo Club competition has recently been updated. All participants are now required to submit their images exclusively through this form, which has replaced the previous submission method. The former system is no longer in use, and submissions sent through alternative channels will not be considered.

As part of this update, any existing Award Force accounts previously associated with the Photo Club competition have been suspended and are no longer active. Participants should not attempt to access or submit work through those accounts, as they will not be processed.

All entrants are responsible for carefully reviewing and fully understanding the competition’s terms and conditions before submitting their work. These terms outline the rules of participation, submission requirements, and image usage rights, and they govern all aspects of entry into the competition.
